Our strategy is holistic:
We develop, build, operate and finance pellet plants in potentially politically stable and economically attractive locations in Canada and Europe to replace coal in power plants in the short term and enable a sustainable and green future.
Biomass energy not only offers cost-efficient energy, but can also be used quickly and flexibly. We produce pollutant-free and each plant contributes to reducing CO2 by 700,000 tons annually.
We mainly use burnt and diseased dead wood as raw material, without deforestation.
With our foundation we reforest professionally.

We have been present in some of the strongest markets in Canada and Europe for over a decade, with direct access to local conditions.
This allows us to react quickly to opportunities and risks. Our current project development volume is already over USD 500 million.
Our partners are listed companies on the technical side and international, trustworthy financial specialists and banks on the investment side.
We offer exclusively professional or institutional investors several consecutive investments in a RAIF from Luxembourg in USD with a short term and attractive returns. Alternatively, we offer club deals and tailor-made solutions for institutional investors, up to the sole investment in a plant.
The requirements we meet before investing:
- The raw material for operating the plants is secured for decades.
- The production is free of harmful substances.
- The plants are built by listed companies.
- The buildings are secured with completion bonds.
- The entire production is sold to listed companies.
- The total pre-production costs & project development costs covered by equity
